For most candidates the interview process consists of two stages. Following a CV review, we invite the successful candidates for an interview with the hiring managers. This can be done in our office or over Skype for candidates living remotely. For the second stage of the process, we get the candidate to meet with the dev team in a half day, onsite interview. After these steps we have a pretty good understanding of a candidate’s skill level and will make a job offer to successful applicants.
We do not accept speculative candidate submissions from agencies.
We are committed to an ongoing policy of attracting, retaining, developing and promoting the most qualified individuals without regard to race, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation or disability. All staff are treated in a non-discriminatory manner in respect of all aspects of employment.
