Become a HOT or NOT Moderator
Moderators are unpaid volunteers who get to review photos as they are submitted, and collectively decide which photos make it onto the site. They see EVERY picture submitted to this site, and reject the pornography, advertisements, celebrity photos, and other stuff that keep the site from being fun, clean, and real.

The first step is to become a member, if you aren't already. You'll need to be a full member of the site, with an approved photo of yourself and a complete profile.
If you're already a member of HOT or NOT, then simply sign in and look for the Moderators link at the bottom of the site.
Have you signed in and still can't get to the application form? There are some things that must happen before you can apply to become a moderator:
- Your e-mail address needs to be confirmed. This means that you need to click on a link found in an e-mail that we've sent you. Any link in any e-mail will do. After clicking a link in an e-mail, it can take up to an hour before you're granted access to the moderator application form.
- Your account must be in good standing. If your account is marked as suspicious for any reason, you cannot apply to become a moderator. Also, if you used to be a moderator but your moderator status was revoked, you may not be allowed to apply again.
If you think everything is fine with your account, then just have fun on the site for a while and you're sure to become eligible to be a moderator.
