How we work…

We work in small Agile teams and use automated builds and automated testing. We also practice pair programming and some TDD. Features are developed in isolation on their own branch, and we peer review all code and run integration tests. We work in weekly sprints with monthly releases to the App Store. Overall, we score all 11 points on the Joel Test.

Our team is very experienced and supportive in helping new joiners become outstanding developers.

What is the interview process like?

For most candidates the interview process consists of two stages. Following a CV review, we invite the successful candidates for an interview with the hiring managers. This can be done in our office or over Skype for candidates living remotely. For the second stage of the process, we get the candidate to meet with the dev team in a half day, onsite interview. After these steps we have a pretty good understanding of a candidate’s skill level and will make a job offer to successful applicants.
